Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: 

Non Custom Item: Non-Custom items will be shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays).

Custom Items: Custom items will be shipped immediately after production (excluding Sundays and Holidays)

Shipping Delay:  All orders will be reviewed. If your shipping address differentiates from your billing address you will be notified to submit additional information to verify the information provided. This step is put in place to avoid FRAUD. After verification, your item will be placed in production. Keep in mind that production and the processing time will begin the day after verification.

Custom Items: the time frame of production for all CUSTOM items is 4-6 weeks. Production will begin the day after purchase. 

Non Custom Items: Custom items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days. 

Production:

All items will be processed in 4-6 weeks. The majority of orders are processed in 4 weeks. However, due to a large amount of orders, delays could occur from time to time. Please keep in mind before purchasing, that orders can take up to 6 weeks. However, our staffs strives to process orders in 4 weeks. In regards to processing time, please review an example of our production time frame down below.

 

Order Date: The date customer purchases item.

July 1st ( This is considered the day Cuban Link received the order). 

Order Production:

July 2nd (Orders will be placed in production the day after purchase. Once production has been started, we're unable to change the font or name of ANY custom item). 

Order Complete:

August 1st (This is considered the date of completion for custom orders). However, please leave room for error in case a delay might occur. Please order 6 weeks in advance. 

Expedited Orders:

We're unable to expedite ANY order during the production phase. We create custom molds for every name (Phase One). After, the necklace is sent to the second phase of production for completion. Therefore, we're unable to expedite any orders during the production phase. We provide QUALITY work.
